iLsa Diagnostics has automated the reference method that led the development of liquid cytology technology, namely centrifugation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

iLsa Diagnostics has improved this reference method by centrifugation with several innovations to increase the quality of the spreads and thus facilitate manual reading or by scanner, to make the diagnosis safer, to secure the process of obtaining the slides, to automate to rationalize the operations and to obtain labor time savings…<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

First of all, the quality of the collected samples smears on slides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • No cells clusters, clear cells separation well without deformation, homogeneous thanks to the controlled double centrifugation process:
    • A first slow centrifugation brings the cells closer to the blade. It enables to have a clean blade (no blood, less polynucleids, less bacteries, less mucus), a better visualisation of cells necessary to the diagnostics, and lessening of the unrelevant tests.<\/li>
    • A second faster centrifugation enables the definitive glueing of the cells and the drying of the blade, without cell deformation<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Monolayer and reproductible spot (identical cell concentration on slide irrespective of the sample concentration)<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
